MBB Brasserie

One of the King’s Head restaurants, I’d really recommend making a reservation at MBB Brasserie.

There’s a vibrant atmosphere at this popular spot which serves modern British food in the centre of Cirencester.

Here you’ll find a stylish setting with contemporary decor, making it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions.

Plus, I love the open kitchen concept where you can see the chefs at work.

2. Amore Mio

Address: 1, Brewery Court, Cricklade St, Cirencester GL7 1JH

Best for: Italian food

Amore Mio

For a slice of Italy in The Cotswolds, the Italian Amore Mio is one of the most popular restaurants in Cirencester.

The ambiance at Amore Mio is intimate yet vibrant, with rustic wooden tables, softly glowing candles, and walls adorned with vintage Italian art.

The friendly staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, offering expert recommendations and ensuring every detail of your dining experience is just right.

The menu is a love letter to Italy, featuring a tempting array of traditional dishes made from the finest ingredients.

The pasta dishes are a highlight – my personal favourite is the Tagliatelle al Ragu, with its rich, slow-cooked meat sauce.

Pizza enthusiasts will rejoice at the selection of wood-fired pizzas, boasting crispy crusts and generous toppings.

And of course, you simply must finish with an indulgent tiramisu!
