Here you can discover and make use of their incredible Jiva Spa, where traditional Indian treatments meet Temple Spa’s Mediterranean wellness philosophy.
I was lucky enough to experience an indulgent massage treatment at Jiva Spa and it was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
My mind and body were induced into a dreamy state of relaxation, while the knots and tension in my upper back were melted away.
Combined with a soak in the inviting vitality pool and a chance to unwind in the impressive sauna, I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
This five star heritage spa hotel is just a stone’s throw from Buckingham Palace and Mayfair. It was once the home of the Lords and Ladies of the Royal Court, so trust me when I say that you’re in good company here!
There are various sized suites meaning you can enjoy a luxury spa break on your own or with a larger group of friends.
Onsite are four restaurants, including Michelin-starred Quilon. Afternoon tea is served in Kona – a perfect addition to a wonderful spa weekend.

In my opinion, one of the best London spa hotels is, without a doubt, The Beaumont in prestigious Mayfair. It easily lives up to its own description as an “oasis of tranquillity and revitalisation.”

A luxury health club in Knightsbridge, The Lanesborough Club & Spa is part of the iconic Lanesborough hotel, which I’m sure you’ll have heard of.
With its impressive reputation and exceptional facilities, it is one of the most renowned spa hotels in London.

When it comes to London spa breaks, One Aldwych often comes out on top – and I’m not surprised.

The Langham is one of my favourite hotels in London, and it’s also home to the Chuan Spa, an iconic and memorable luxury spa in London.
Found near Regent’s Street, it’s one of the best locations for a spa hotel in London. Expect a truly luxurious getaway with personalised service in refined rooms and suites.
The Chuan Spa is a relaxing and tranquil enclave with an array of revitalising wellness options. You’ll come away feeling completely nurtured and restored.

London spa hotels are diverse, and one of my favourite options is the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.
You will be welcomed with timeless heritage in the hotel matched with contemporary and exemplary service in the spa.
The Mandarin Oriental’s spa is opulent and perfect as a space in which to unwind. For a completely mind and body easing experience, I’d recommend the two hour English Rose massage.

A ‘super boutique hotel’, The Londoner is a fascinating resort in Leicester Square where 16 storeys of unique experiences exist.

I love that the subterranean spa features private poolside cabanas and there is a plethora of treatments and spa options, including Hiro Miyoshi Hair & Beauty.
In between treatments, or perhaps before venturing back upstairs, I’d recommend enjoying food and drink from the spa’s Refuel superfood and drinks clinic.

I love that the focus is on your complete wellbeing with both invigorating and calming treatments, according to your mood.

I think this multi-sensory sanctuary is unlike many other London spa hotels and the range of personalised treatments focusing on your wellbeing are amazing.
