Best for: Boutique bolthole
A stylish hotel is located in the heart of the town, Padstow Townhouse is the ideal base for exploring idyllic Padstow and its scenic surroundings.
The hotel features six beautifully designed rooms, and what I love is that they each have their own unique style and character.
Luxurious furnishings and indulgent treats greet you at this Padstow hotel, with spacious and well-appointed rooms.
Vibrant themed suites offer a tranquil escape, complete with all the luxury touches you’d expect.
Choose from the likes of Bon Bon, Popcorn and Marshmallow rooms.
I think one of the standout features of the Padstow Townhouse has to be its wonderful dining options.
You have the opportunity to book to dine at the Michelin-starred Paul Ainsworth at No.6, Caffè Rojano, and The Mariners Public House.
The hotel has two dog-friendly suites on the ground floor which can accommodate you and up to two furry friends.
2. Coswarth House

Best for: Historic charm
This stunning 19th-century house has been beautifully restored and is now a boutique hotel with privacy and luxury at its heart – which sounds like the perfect escape to me!

The Cottage sits within the walls of Coswarth House and has benefitted from a huge refurbishment.
An open plan living space across two stories, The Cottage perfectly mixes rustic charm with contemporary decor.
Other room options at this establishment include the romantic Brunyee, the tasteful Veranda and the spacious Estuary.
It’s true, one of the standout features of Coswarth House is definitely its beautiful walled garden.
With gorgeous views of the Camel Estuary, this space offers a tranquil retreat from the bustle of Padstow town.
If you’re a foodie, you’ll love Coswarth House’s breakfast.
Provided by Rick Stein’s Cafe and just a few minutes stroll from the hotel, you’ll be free to choose from the full range of tasty breakfast options on offer.
3. Padstow Harbour Hotel

This Padstow hotel is located right on the harbour and has been a feature of this Cornish town since the 19th century.

This iconic restaurant has been serving up some of the freshest seafood in Cornwall since 1975, and it’s still going strong today.

7. Prospect House

If you’re looking for a luxurious and exclusive stay in Padstow, Prospect House is an excellent choice of the hotels in Padstow.

It exudes Cornish charm and is located just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour.

9. The Pig at Harlyn Bay

Situated mere minutes away from the Camel Estuary and harbour in Padstow, Rick Stein’s Cafe not only serves up incredible food, but also offers a cosy stay in the heart of the town.
Comfort is key at this establishment, with crisp linens and comfortable beds offering a wonderful night’s sleep.
A wonderful base for exploring all that Padstow and the surrounding areas have to offer, the rooms at Rick Stein’s Cafe are suitable for the whole family – including your four-legged friends!
As with all the Rick Stein establishments, guests have priority booking at their restaurants, including the Rick Stein Cafe.
The cafe offers a relaxed and casual dining experience, which I think is perfect for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner.
The menu is full of fresh seafood dishes, as well as some meat and vegetarian options.
11. St Enodoc Hotel
Address: Rock Rd, Rock, Wadebridge PL27 6LA
Best for: Laid-back vibes
Located in Rock, just across the estuary from Padstow, this hotel offers incredible views of the Camel Estuary and the surrounding countryside.
St Enodoc Hotel has 17 double rooms and four suites, stylishly decorated with bright colours and bold fabrics.
A collection of carefully curated twentieth century Cornish paintings adorn this property, with the theme continuing into the rooms.
The hotel has two dining options, the Brasserie restaurant and the Karrek tasting menu restaurant.
